“Article 1, paragraph 2 of the New Jersey Constitution is stated very matter of FACT. As a public official the attorney general took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the State and the United State. I feel it's time to make claims against her surety bond and to go as far as issuing a criminal complaint to treason. "The public good requires it".”

“The truth Shal Set This Man Free, The state had to Prove without a reasonable Doubt and that wasn't followed. He doesn't have the burden of proof, the state does. Sounds like corruption at its finest, You have the Opportunity to fix the mistakes of tht past, at the end of this life we all face the Judge(Jesus Christ) the only one who can has the power to determine where we spend eternity! This life is very short and nothing compared to eternity. Jesus Christ died so that our mistakes could be forgiven. So that we can live forever in the presence of God Almighty. So do what's right or do what's wrong. It's your decision to make. You reep what you sow. If you continue to ignore the truth, and deny this man his freedom. It could be you one day in his shoes. While this man was at home with his family, he didn't expect this to happen to him. You can't give him his 18 yrs in prison back, but you can give him the rest of his life to live a life pleasing to God. Either way, he is seen and heard, it's up to you to please our Father in Heaven with the Truth. It's a no brainer. Do what's right please.”

“Dear Mr. Richard Barge, I came accross your case details and based on the facts left out of trial, I do believe there was not enough evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt— to convict you of this crime. I can only imagine the institutionalization that comes with being behind bars for such an extensive duration. I empathize and sympathize with you greatly. You have been profiled, racially discriminated, and so much of your life stolen from you. The eyewitness account was not only tampered with by showing a picture of your face prior to trial, but also by recanting statements stating the perpetrator was masked. This makes me overly furious at how the Justice System has failed you. I feel you have suffered a massive injustice of your human rights, civil rights and right to a fair trial. Please continue to fight, pray, and hold your head up high. God knows the truth and the truth shall be revealed in due time! I hope you find my comment comforting during these very difficult times, and my wish for you is to continue to use this stolen time to keep growing your spirituality & educate yourself on U.S. Law to fight this incredible injustice. I have faith that the American people will see the unjust treatment you received in your case and demand exoneration. I hope this reaches the right collective of likeminded individuals that can help to share your testimony, restore your humanity, and give you back quality of life you so desperately deserve. Please know that the only true prison is made within your mind and soul. Nobody can ever take those two things away from you! Do what you must to survive but NEVER let them take away your spirit! Never lose faith and keep fighting for your liberty! -Marisa Costello 29 Years Old (Milwaukee,WI)”

“You know after going through the report and ballistics and all that , THERE IS NO NEED FOR THE CASE TO BE REHEARD BY THE SAME INDIVIDUAL OR INDIVIDUAL'S BECAUSE THEY CAN CLEARLY SEE WHERE ALL THE NEW EVIDENCE POINTS , BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADMIT THE FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY IDENTIFY THE ACTUAL SUSPECT AND/OR FAILURE TO FULLY INVESTIGATE EACH INDIVIDUAL , NOT TO MENTION THE INDIVIDUAL THAT RECANTED HIS STATEMENT AND ADMITTED TO OUTSIDE PRESSURE, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS QUICK TO THROW ANYONE THAT FIT THAT DESCRIPTION, IT'S CLEAR RACIAL PROFILING AND RICHARD BARGE SHOULD BE RELEASED AND IF HE WAS IMPRISONED AND SHOULDN'T HAD BEEN , SOMEONE'S GOING TO OWE FOR SOME YEARS THAT HE'LL NEVER GET BACK BUT A NICE SETTLEMENT SHOULD HELP START HIM OFF.”
